Small group workshops, individual lessons and recovery yoga

 

Small group workshop

Anna will run a 2-part yoga workshop in which we will look at what it means to stay joyfully contained inside the joints of the body while exploring diffferent positions. To request a booking Contact Anna.

Individual Lessons

Anna currently teaches individual lessons in Thornbury which cater to individual needs. These are suitable for people who are simply looking to develop a more engaged and compassionate relationship with their body, or for more advanced practitioners who would like to develop their own sense of creativity to enhance their practice. Anna draws on her experience as a psychologist with psychotherapy training and the teachings of the Scaravelli tradition to find the most supportive way to meet people's needs.

Recovery Yoga


“You are invited to join a relaxing group yoga class where we can stretch and move together - feel good about your body and learm some classic poses. No previous experience needed.”

 

A six-week program for people living with a mental illness, conducted at your organisation. Anna provides yoga programs to people who have suffered a severe mental illness. The aim of the course is to create opportunities for people to move, stretch and experience relaxation in a supportive environment.
